Residential Masterplanning
Our extensive experience in the design of residential areas covers projects ranging from a few dwellings to masterplans comprising many hundreds of units, public facilities and infrastructure. In all of our proposals we aim to successfully deliver the required density of accommodation while creating quality environments within which sustainable communities can grow and develop.
A new urban extension to the combined parishes of Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet will provide 750 homes in an area which has a severe shortage of housing. The development will feature a new village centre /community hub comprising the primary school, shops and a health facility which are currently lacking in the village. Only a third of the site will contain housing with the remainder devoted to accessible landscape and play spaces.
