Extension & Refurbishment of Grade II Listed Hotel, Tunbridge Wells

One Warwick Park Hotel is situated within a Conservation Area in part of Tunbridge Wells that is the link between The Pantiles and the High Street.

The project included the refurbishment of the existing hotel, a new 3-storey annexe with two lower basement levels, a below ground link to the existing hotel and the conversion of existing Grade II Listed buildings to provide additional hotel bedrooms and ancillary accommodation.

At the centre of the new annexe is a three storey atrium with a large glazed rooflight, mirrored wall, slot windows from the first and second floor circulation spaces and the restored Grade II Listed 17 & 19 Chapel Place. The new ground floor restaurant opens out into the atrium.
